Career
Rebecca, a Fellow of the ALA, advises and assists clients on property aspects of agricultural transactions including sales and purchases of fields, farms and estates and farm tenancies.
She also advises on development land including promotion agreements and/or options and overage provisions. Rebecca’s legal background also includes experience in residential and commercial property as this is often required by farming clients.
Rebecca has extensive experience in chancel repair issues, and how landowners and churches should treat these aspects of property law. She has acted for church councils as well as landed estate owners on these and other related issues and has lectured regionally on chancel and related matters to national banks.
Rebecca is a member of the ALA and the SAA. She is a Steward for the SAA and the Treasurer of the Suffolk branch of the GWCT.
