Charlotte specialises in commercial leasehold matters and corporate support work. She is renowned amongst her clients for her commercial and pragmatic approach and proactive and responsive attitude.
In her commercial landlord and tenant work, Charlotte advises landlords in connection with their investment portfolios and corporate tenants in connection with their operational portfolios. Her corporate tenant clients span many sectors, including technology, education, food and drink, transport and consumables. Charlotte’s landlord and tenant work includes advice to franchisor clients in connection with their property interests (and those of their franchisees).
Charlotte’s corporate support work involves the provision of property support to our corporate and commercial team in connection with share and asset sale and purchase transactions. She has recently advised on the property elements of a share sale involving various industrial properties with a cumulative value of £9M.
She leads a team acting for an international property agency in connection with its national portfolio of over 115 locations, dealing with new lease transactions, lease renewals and general lease management matters. Charlotte’s team is regarded as an effective “in house” property support function for this client.
Charlotte has considerable experience of the East-Anglian commercial property market and is well placed to advise clients both in and around the region and nationally.
