Michael is a Partner and the Head of Injury Services at Ashtons Legal and proudly oversees the highly, independently, rated Personal Injury and Medical Negligence teams.
Michael is a very experienced personal injury lawyer, who specialises in acting for people who have suffered a life-changing injury (including fatal accidents). He is a firm believer in the benefits of obtaining early rehabilitation and support for his injured clients.
As well as being experienced in dealing with injury claims across the broad spectrum, Michael has a particular professional interest in claims involving cyclists and accidents abroad.
Michael is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL). He is the firm’s representative for the Major Trauma Group (MTG) and Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS). He is also a Trustee of Mid Suffolk Citizens Advice.
Outside of work, Michael plays bass guitar in a rock band, supports Leeds United FC and enjoys spending time with his family.
