Jennie qualified as a solicitor in 1984, since then she has specialised in wills, probate, trusts, tax and estate planning, powers of attorney and court of protection work.
She has helped thousands of clients and their families in that time and has very wide experience at all levels in probate work.
This has included the estates of business people, company owners and farmers, academics and non-UK domiciled clients, contested estates, and many which are high value and complex.
These days Jennie tends to act as Executor or Administrator and take a higher-level supervisory role, spending roughly 30% of her time on probate work.
Jennie is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). She is also a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
Jennie was a recipient of the STEP Founder’s Award 2021.
