His approach is commercial and he always starts by looking to understand your business and what you want to achieve.
When advising clients on transactional matters, he is practical, constructive and driven to meet their goals. Nick is cool-headed under pressure and will happily give you his view rather than sitting on the fence or hiding behind process.
Nick particularly enjoys working with owner-managed and family businesses and the entrepreneurs behind them, where he feels that he can add the most value as a business adviser as well as a lawyer. His goal is to become a trusted extension of your team.
