Brittany Brudnicki is an associate in the Litigation practice. She focuses on general and complex litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance. Brittany has represented clients in federal and state court in connection with securities class actions, antitrust class actions, RICO, and intellectual property theft. She has experience managing U.S. and foreign internal investigations related to foreign bribery, insider trading, and money laundering. She has also advised clients on regulatory compliance, specifically in the area of U.S. insider trading laws.
Brittany is actively involved in pro bono work. She has represented clients in federal court in connection with 1983 claims against the NYPD and she has assisted with a sentence appeal in front of the Second Circuit. She is also an editor of Shearman & Sterling’s Need-to-Know Litigation Weekly regarding Government/Regulatory Enforcement.
