Ashley primarily advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and public and private companies on all aspects of financing transactions, including leveraged and investment grade committed financings, broadly syndicated loans, private credit loans, asset-based loans and DIP financings, across a broad range of industries. She also has experience with fund finance and structured finance. Her clients include Atlas Holdings, J.F. Lehman & Co., CVS Health, Quest Diagnostics, Avantor, and Ardagh Metal Packaging, among others.
