Elizabeth focuses on complex commercial and securities litigation, investigations, enforcement actions, and regulatory proceedings. Elizabeth has represented clients in cases in federal and state courts, internal investigations, and investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, United States Department of Justice, and other regulators. She has defended and provided securities and litigation advice to financial institutions and a wide range of corporate clients. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth was a judicial clerk for the Hon. William C. Conner of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and was a litigation associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel.
