Ilya Mamin is an associate in the Capital Markets practice.

He has represented most of the major financial institutions, including Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, among others. He also advises companies on their public disclosures, SEC and NYSE/Nasdaq compliance matters, and corporate governance matters. Ilya has also advised on capital markets and finance matters for M&A transactions.
