Nik advises financial institutions and other major companies in complex civil litigations, regulatory proceedings, and internal investigations.

Nik has represented clients in federal and state courts in connection with a wide variety of matters, including securities and derivative litigations, matters related to structured financial products, and breach-of-contract disputes.

Nik is a former law clerk to Judge George B. Daniels on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
