Noni's practice focuses on defending mergers and acquisitions before the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, state antitrust authorities, and foreign competition authorities.

She also counsels clients on a range of antitrust matters including government investigations and business conduct and compliance issues.

Noni represents clients in a variety of industries, including media, transportation, agriculture, chemicals, oil and gas, and various software and technology sectors. Before joining the firm, Noni interned in the Antitrust Division of the New York Office of the Attorney-General. She has also worked at a top-tier law firm in Australia and served as a law clerk on the New South Wales Court of Appeal (Australia).
