Samantha’s practice focuses on securities litigation, mergers and acquisitions litigation, complex commercial litigation, appellate litigation, and internal and regulatory investigations.

She also advises global corporations navigating mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, and on governance disputes.

During law school, Samantha served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Amy Berman Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office Violent and Organized Crime Unit. She was also a student attorney in Georgetown University Law Center’s Civil Litigation Clinic and on the Executive Board of the Moot Court team.
