Stephen’s practice focuses on securities litigation, antitrust litigation, complex commercial litigation, shareholder derivative litigation, appellate litigation, and internal and regulatory investigations.

During law school, Stephen served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Amy Berman Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and worked as a health policy researcher for the O’Neill Institute at Georgetown University Law Center. Also while at law school, Stephen was a student attorney in Georgetown University Law Center’s Civil Litigation Clinic and was an Executive Online Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal.
