At A&O Shearman, Robin has extensive experience representing companies, buyers and sellers and other major creditors in chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings in a variety of industries, including, upstream oil & gas, oilfield services, electric power, pharmaceutical, media, trucking, logistics, and manufacturing.
Robin also represents creditors, landlords and professionals in various distressed company transactions. Robin is a member of the New York City Bar Association Committee on Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization and the American Bar Institute. Robin is also a contributing author of Collier on Bankruptcy.
