Ronan Wicks is Of Counsel in Finance practice.

He focuses on advising financial institutions in connection with leveraged and investment grade acquisition financings, asset-based facilities, workouts, general financings and special situations, including in the middle market. He has significant experience with New York Term Loan Bs, in particular, and has also assisted debt funds in distress situations. Ronan has deep experience across various industries, including telecommunication and media, financial services, manufacturing, technology, sports/entertainment and with cross-border and investment grade transactions.

Ronan has advised on important transactions for a wide range of financial institutions, including Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies & Co., Inc. and Morgan Stanley.

He frequently writes articles which are published by the Intentional Financial Law Review and is regularly cited in the media such as the Financial Times discussing topical issues in finance.
