Parisa Clovis is a debt finance partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Parisa’s experience focuses on funds finance acting for borrowers and sponsors (both domestic and international) in connection with NAV and hybrid facilities, subscription line facilities, GP support lines and refinancings across a range of sectors and asset classes.
