Jeffrey is a Partner at A&O Shearman and he is an experienced litigator who represents clients in complex commercial litigations, including securities, antitrust, and consumer class actions, and in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and FINRA.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeffrey was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice hired through the Attorney General’s Honors Program, and a law clerk to Judge Warren J. Ferguson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Napoleon A. Jones, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
