Bulat Zhambalnimbuev is a partner and co-head of the Russian corporate practice. He has extensive experience of advising both Russian and foreign investors, including major Russian state-owned companies and multinational corporations, on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings, including both private and public offerings, general corporate and antitrust matters. Bulat's experience includes transactions in a wide range of sectors with a particular focus on TMT, oil and gas, mining, power and financial institutions.
