It represented the underwriters of Mineralys Therapeutics’s upsized IPO in 2023, showcasing the team’s expertise in healthcare and life sciences deals, a key area of focus for New York’s Ilir Mujalovic, who leads the Americas capital markets team. Christopher Forrester  is a key figure on the West Coast, in Menlo Park, and Bill Nelson is a leading name in Houston. Grissel Mercado has left the firm.
