Senior Associate Solicitor

My main areas of interest are landlord and tenant matters such as drafting and negotiating leases and licences, freehold sales and purchases (including new builds), and business sales and purchases. I act in connection with both commercial and residential property, while at the same time having some experience of more specialist matters such as easements, Partnership Agreements and corporate refinancing. My diverse clients have ranged from GP practices and restaurants to property investors and first-time house buyers.

I am a member of the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association.

I graduated from Newcastle University with a First Class Joint Honours degree in Politics and History. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and joined David Gray Solicitors in June 2015.
