Niall returned from a US based law firm in London to DAC Beachcroft Dublin in October 2016 as a solicitor in the Regulatory and Disciplinary team. Niall advises clients across a range of regulated sectors including healthcare, financial, insurance and legal to name but a few. He has experience in inspections, investigations and enquiries from professional practice, regulatory investigations and criminal perspectives. He represents clients in regulatory, fitness to practise and corporate/regulatory criminal prosecutions.
