Cyber and Data Risk

Rowena specialises in Commercial Litigation and has considerable experience in dealing with a broad range of complex disputes. She has over 10 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including public bodies and private sector clients. She routinely attends before the Commercial Court and High Court and has also previously advised clients attending before the Joint Committee of Inquiry into the Banking Crisis in Ireland (the Banking Inquiry) and the Financial Services Ombudsman. Rowena is an advocate of mediation and regularly advises clients through arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.

Rowena has a particular interest in cyber and data risk incidents and also advises clients on non-contentious data protection and privacy issues.
