I am the Managing Partner of DWF Italy and the Co-Head of Banking & Finance as well as Bankruptchy & Restructuring (Italy). I am a specialist in acquisition finance, mergers and acquisitions and energy.

My expertise spans both acquisition finance, mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions matters. I frequently act for multinational and domestic companies in energy-related project financings, corporate restructurings and M&A transactions and advise private equity investors and major international sponsors in leveraged finance transactions as well. I assist long-term investors in all phases of the investment cycle - from the setting-up of the appropriate investment structures and the establishment of joint ventures with co-investors to the acquisition, financing, management and sale of assets.

I have been internationally recognised for my work in corporate finance and was also recently awarded Managing of the Year at the Le Fonti Awards (2018).
