Based in DWF's Milan office, I am the Head of Insurance and Reinsurance, Italy and a Partner. I focus on insurance law and has accrued an in-depth knowledge of this area.

My insurance expertise spans both contentious and non-contentious matters (regulatory aspects, legal opinions on financial lines policies and other insurance matters including, liaising with the Italian Insurance Supervisory Authority IVASS, policy wording and policy design, as well as the setting up and pass-porting of foreign insurance companies etc.).

I act for leading international insurance and reinsurance companies and several Lloyd’s Market Syndicates. As well as representing clients in proceedings before judicial authorities (including Tribunals, Courts of Appeal and the Court of Cassation), I act in arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international.
