I am a partner in DWF Italy's Milan office, with extensive experience in public and administrative law and additional expertise in contruction law and procurement law.

I specialise in public law and administrative law with a specific focus (counsel and litigation) on procurement law, construction law, project financing (public partnership law) and public infrastructure. I also have considerable expertise in planning and environmental law.

I assist private and public companies, as well as public authorities and local entities. I have also written a number of publications in different specialised magazines and books.

Before joining DWF I used to be a co-founder and partner of Studio Biagetti & Partners and was a partner at Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners, where I was in charge of the procurement department.
