Małgorzata Lesiak-Ćwikowska practices in the areas of real estate, as well as civil and commercial law. Her advice is focused on a variety of real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions of properties and companies owning properties, leases of commercial, industrial and office space, tenancy, transmission easement and other contracts for use of real properties, in particular for the purpose of wind farms and photovoltaic projects, contracts relating to construction process, such as contracts for design, fit-out and construction work. Małgorzata’s practice includes also legal and real estate aspects of financing of construction investments and other real estate projects. She is an expert in real estate aspects of investing in wind and solar farms. She is also experienced in administrative proceedings regarding investment process at various levels. In addition, Małgorzata Lesiak-Ćwikowska participates in merger, takeover and restructuring projects, share acquisitions, and other issues relating to foreign investments in Poland, as well as in legal audits of companies and real properties subject to acquisition.
