Throughout my career, I have specialised in professional indemnity work acting for insurers and their insured professionals.

I handle professional negligence claims against many professionals, including accountants, IFAs, solicitors, surveyors, insurance brokers, actuaries, insolvency practitioners, mortgage brokers, estate agents, property managers and auctioneers.

I regularly advise insurers on policy coverage issues and disputes, have wide ranging experience of methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution and act for professionals facing disciplinary complaints.

I am the Executive Partner for the Bristol Office.
