Family Law

Daniel Sims is a Solicitor in the Fraser Dawbarns Family Law department.

Daniel covers a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, financial claims and cohabitation agreements. His particular specialism is in children matters including Child Arrangement Orders, and Special Guardianship Orders.

Daniel studied Law at the University of East Anglia, gaining a first class degree. While at the UEA, Daniel was a semi-finalist and a quarter finalist in the Law Society negotiations competition and he volunteered with Street Law which ran sessions with local school classes to introduce them to laws relevant to them, such as social media and malicious communication.

Daniel studied for his Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Anglia Ruskin, earning a distinction.

Outside work, Daniel enjoys foreign travel (in particular sight-seeing holidays) and reading.
