Managing partner, PREISKEL & CO LLP. Work on commercial, corporate and regulatory matters across the full spectrum of the telecommunications and technology sectors. Clients range from governments, regulators and multinationals to start-ups. Recent work projects include advising on: a Series B fundraising for a Russian-based telecoms data centre provider; a strategic alliance and investment for a financial and data clearing company; regulatory and commercial matters for a mobile network operator; the scope of certain international treaties for a Caribbean Government; commercial matters for a MVNA, and commercial and regulatory issues for a payment processing company. Experience extends across all the continents with a current emphasis on Russia, the Middle East and South America.
