Iain is a partner in the Dentons UAE Corporate & Commercial team, based in Dubai. He regularly advises on various corporate transactions including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructurings, company establishments and equity capital markets. Iain has particular expertise in advising on cross-border transactions across the Middle East and Africa.
