Barbara Urselli is a partner in Dentons’ Rome office and a member of the global Corporate M&A group.

 

Career

Barbara has over 15 years’ experience as lawyer in Italy. She has acquired a significant expertise in many areas of law, including M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring, having advised Italian and foreign clients in transactions relating to the sale and purchase of shares and going concerns, joint ventures, corporate mergers and splits, with respect to corporate governance matters and commercial contracts.
