Philippe Décary’s practice covers a wide range of business transactions, including those involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, project development, corporate governance and corporate finance. He represents public and private companies, private equity funds and institutional investors in connection with domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, joint ventures, financings, general commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. He also regularly acts for entrepreneurs and venture capitalists in establishing and expanding new businesses and investment funds. Mr. Décary represents clients in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing and services, e-commerce and technology, consumer products, agribusiness and food products, financial services, software and telecommunications, biotechnology, real estate, energy, mining and transportation.
