Jonathan Mor is a partner in our Employment and Labour group, specializing in cross-border business immigration law.

With extensive experience practicing both Canadian and US law, Jonathan has successfully handled complex immigration matters for corporate clients of every size, from multinational companies with well-established affiliates all over the world, to partnerships, sole proprietors and professionals.

Jonathan’s Canadian immigration experience includes: Intra-company transferee work permits; Professional work permits under a wide variety of international trade agreements; Significant benefit work permits; Reciprocal employment work permits; Francophone mobility work permits; Charitable and religious work permits; Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications; Business Visitor applications; Temporary Resident Visas (TRV); Temporary Resident Permits (TRP); Criminal Rehabilitation applications; Study permit applications; and Applications for Permanent Residence.

Jonathan’s American immigration experience includes: L-1 intra-company transferee petitions; USMCA Professional (TN) applications; H-1B and E-3 Specialty Occupation petitions; O-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions; B-1 Business Visitor applications; I-140 Employment-based immigrant petitions; and I-192 Waivers (for criminal inadmissibility).
