Panagiota Dafniotis is a partner in our Corporate group and she is the National Lead of the Intellectual Property group.

She is an IP lawyer with a practical mindset and deep experience working with a wide range of clients including, entrepreneurs, start-ups and global corporations on the development and implementation of integrated IP strategies covering the IP lifecycle. She helps her clients identify, protect, mitigate, and manage key IP risks and opportunities across their businesses globally, in a holistic and strategic manner. She advises in all areas of IP law, including patents, trademarks, copyright, data management and analytics, open source, licensing, marketing and sponsorship, publicity rights and endorsements, IP support in commercial transactions as well as IP disputes. Her work includes the development and management of IP portfolios, clearance, implementation of IP protection processes and governance, commercialization, disputes, supporting digital transformation, advising on strategic partnerships, co-development and technology collaboration, working with research and academic institutions and allocation of IP ownership.
