Career

Chelsea Wilson is a partner in Dentons’ Vancouver office.

She is a member of the Construction, Infrastructure and PPP and Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice groups. Chelsea provides strategic advice to clients during all stages of the procurement and construction process, and has a breadth of experience advising developers and contractors on a variety of disputes including negligence claims, builders liens, enforcement of restrictive covenants, as well as residential and commercial real estate development.

Chelsea has significant courtroom experience, and has acted as counsel in the British Columbia Supreme Court and Provincial Court, the Alberta Court of Appeal, Court of King’s Bench, and Provincial Court.

Prior to joining our Vancouver team, Chelsea spent four years in Dentons’ Calgary office. During this time, Chelsea was seconded to a major energy company in Calgary where she assisted her client in navigating the Alberta Energy Board regulatory process during a pipeline expansion project.

Always eager to assist her clients in advancing their business objectives, Chelsea has enjoyed a diverse practice, including banking litigation, Mareva Injunctions and Anton Piller Orders, and alternative dispute resolution including domestic and international arbitrations.
