Career

Pam Chan Ebejer is a partner in our Employment and Labour group.

Pam advises employers on all areas of human rights, labour and employment law, including employment contracts and policies, employment standards, discipline and termination, workplace accommodation, collective agreement administration, and workplace safety and insurance.  In her employment and labour practice, she has represented employers in human rights tribunal proceedings, wrongful dismissal claims, labour board proceedings, grievance arbitrations, and workplace safety and insurance board adjudications. Pam also provides training to clients on a variety of topics, including accessibility, health and safety, workplace harassment and violence, and attendance and disability management.

Pam regularly conducts workplace investigations as a third-party investigator for organizations related to allegations of workplace harassment and sexual harassment, discrimination, and bullying. She also provides strategic advice to employers conducting internal workplace investigations.

Pam has written on a wide variety of topics in human resources law including restrictive covenants, accessibility and major legislative changes.

Prior to joining Dentons, Pam was a lawyer with a boutique management-side labour and employment law firm. She has also practiced as in-house counsel with a multinational manufacturing corporation where she provided management with practical solutions designed to solve both their legal and business needs.
