Senior Associate

Jaclin is a member of the Firm’s Corporate group. Based in Edmonton, Jaclin carries on a general corporate commercial practice, which encompasses corporate governance, share and asset transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters. She also assists clients with various privacy and intellectual property issues.

Jaclin joined Dentons as a summer student in 2014 and returned as an articling student in 2016.
