Senior Associate

Kurtis Letwin is a senior associate in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group in Dentons' Edmonton office. His practice focuses on credit and debt collection, security enforcement, bankruptcy, receivership, and restructuring law. Kurtis also has experience in corporate litigation matters.

Kurtis joined the Firm as a summer student in 2014, and returned in 2016 as an articling student.

Kurtis has represented clients in matters before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, including numerous trials. He has also assisted with matters before the Alberta Court of Appeal.
