Shoshanah Webber practices in the firms Financial Services, Insolvency and Corporate/Commercial Groups. Shoshanah’s preferred areas of practice include corporate and commercial lending, including syndicated transactions, asset-based lending, cross-border transactions, real estate financing, acquisition and project financing, debtor-in-possession financing and forbearance arrangements.

Shoshanah represents domestic banks and foreign financial institutions as well as borrowers.
