Lillian Pan’s practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation, including the areas of business litigation, securities, product liability, energy and employment litigation. She has appeared before many levels of court, including the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court and the Federal Court; as well as the Alberta Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission.
