Marie-Noël Massicotte practices employment and labor law from Dentons' Montreal office. Marie-Noël advises provincially and federally regulated employers, whether unionized or non-unionized, on various employment and labor matters such as employment standards, human rights, psychological harassment, hiring, discipline, performance management and termination. She also provides clients with strategic counsel in connection with business acquisitions, and training on subject matters that are of importance to them. Marie-Noël represents employers before administrative and civil tribunals with respect to employment and labor matters.
