Afshan Naveed is a member of the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice group in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Afshan has a growing practice in all aspects of bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring and related litigation. Afshan’s practice also includes commercial litigation outside the insolvency context.

Afshan has appeared before the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Alberta.

Afshan is also qualified to practice law in Scotland, where she was admitted as a Solicitor in 2009 and is presently retained on the Rolls of Solicitors.
