Keith Hennel is a Tax partner with Dentons, his practice focuses primarily on corporate reorganizations, including the planning and implementing of reorganizations of professional corporations in Alberta, along with corporate and individual tax planning. Keith also assists clients with a variety of income tax and GST/HST issues and dispute resolution matters and provides advice to charities and not-for-profit organizations.
