Mark Jadd is a partner in the Toronto office of Dentons Canada LLP and a member of the firm’s national Tax group.

Mark’s practice focuses on the tax aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and financings in both the domestic and international context. He regularly provides tax advice to multinational corporations with respect to the establishment, acquisition or divestiture of Canadian operations. Mark also advises Canadian businesses in connection with expansion to foreign jurisdictions.

Mark provides tax advice to numerous clients engaged in the Canadian resource sector and is also a leading expert on tax issues pertaining to the film and television industry. He also regularly represents corporate and individual taxpayers in connection with tax disputes.
