Career

Charles Bardou practices corporate and commercial law from Dentons’ Montreal office. His practice focuses on construction, infrastructure and PPP and on mergers and acquisitions. Charles represents clients in connection with share and asset purchase transactions, amalgamations and corporate reorganizations in a wide variety of industries. He also regularly drafts, reviews and negotiates partnership and shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements, construction and procurement-related contracts and other commercial agreements. Charles also advises clients on commercial leasing and licensing matters, preparing and reviewing commercial leases and applications for various licenses and permits from public authorities. As part of his infrastructure practice, Charles advises public authorities as well as private-sector entities in connection with the bidding processes and the implementation of infrastructure projects.
