Simon Kupi is an associate in Dentons’ energy regulatory group in Calgary. Simon is developing a broad practice spanning environmental, Aboriginal, economic regulatory and public law. Prior to joining Dentons, Simon served as counsel at the National Energy Board (NEB). At the NEB, Simon advised on the 400-intervenor Trans Mountain Expansion Project pipeline hearing.
