Serge Lalonde practices corporate and commercial law from Dentons Canada LLP’s Montreal office. His practice focuses on construction and project development.

Serge designs, manages, and executes projects requiring multidisciplinary teams in the areas of clean technologies (cleantech), industrial complexes (both nationally and internationally), small and large hydroelectric plants, the capture and processing of biogas, the technological implementation of new industrial processes and the rehabilitation and upgrading of large buildings. Serge advises clients on strategy and provides innovative legal solutions rapidly that respect the rules of good governance. He also acts for clients engaged in complex purchase and sale transactions, corporate financings, joint ventures public and private contracts. He counsels on the particularities of family businesses.
