Dean is a partner in Dentons' Insolvency and Restructuring Group with a practice emphasizing on insolvency and related commercial litigation. He is experienced in advising clients on a wide range of matters with an emphasis on those relating to creditors’ rights including debt recovery, bankruptcy, receivership, restructuring, lease enforcement and mortgage foreclosure.
Dean is also experienced in representing clients in a broad array of commercial dispute and litigation matters.
