Terry Didus practices corporate and commercial law in the Banking and Finance group of Dentons Canada LLP’s Montreal office.

Terry advises a variety of clients on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business law and government relations. He advises private equity firms and numerous investment funds seeking opportunities in Canada and also has a strong regulatory practice advising domestic and foreign financial institutions on doing business in Canada.

Terry serves on the boards of a number of privately and publicly listed companies as well as of numerous charitable organizations.
