Peter is a business lawyer focused on Corporate Finance, Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions. Peter has completed the Canadian Securities Course and has served in various capacities, including Chair, with the Securities Law subsection of the Canadian Bar Association (Alberta North).

Peter has completed the Directors Education Program (DEP) jointly developed and conducted by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and achieved the related ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). The DEP and the ICD.D programming and designation demonstrate Peter's desire to stay current, and to be a more effective advisor and director and help Peter be better at what he does, including creating better boards and better businesses.
